Is the vase included?
Yes. Every arrangement on this page is arranged right in its vase by our florists and arrives ready to display - the vase is theirs to keep.
Can I choose the vase?
Yes. Most arrangements come in several vases - clear glass, matte or sculptural - and you choose one on the arrangement's page. See “Choose the vase” above: it shows which arrangements come in each of our 9 vases.
How much more is a bouquet in a vase?
Usually $45 more than the same bouquet wrapped ($40–50 across our bouquets). For example, Tenderness is $185 wrapped and $230 arranged in a vase.
Can I put any bouquet in a vase?
Yes. On the bouquet's page, add a vase and we arrange the flowers in it. Our vases are $40–70, and the page shows only the vases that fit that bouquet's size.
Do you deliver flowers in a vase the same day in Los Angeles?
Yes. Order by 12 PM and choose a window: 11 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 7 PM or 6 PM – 9 PM. Some bouquets can be ordered for today until 3 PM; later orders go out the next day - and for tomorrow or any later date we also deliver from 6 AM, until 11 PM or in a one-hour window, at no extra charge.
Can you deliver a vase arrangement to an office or a hotel?
Yes. For offices we leave it at reception - add the company name and the floor or suite at checkout. For hotels and restaurants, add the guest's name and we call ahead.
Can I send flowers in a vase to a hospital?
Yes. We hand it to the front desk or the unit - add the patient's full name and, if you know it, the room number. If the room is small, a wrapped bouquet needs no vase at all: it comes in an Aqua Box with water.
What's the difference between a bouquet and a vase arrangement?
A bouquet is hand-tied and wrapped, and it comes in an Aqua Box with water. A vase arrangement is arranged right in the vase, so it goes straight onto the table.
How long do flowers in a vase last?
Change the water and trim the stems at an angle every couple of days, and keep them away from direct sun, heaters and ripening fruit. With this care, flowers usually look their best for 5 to 10 days.
Can I add chocolates or a balloon?
Yes. Add Ferrero chocolates or a heart balloon on the arrangement's page - they arrive together, in the same delivery.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Check the “Send anonymously” box at the bottom of the checkout page - we won't share your name or phone number with the recipient.
