How to order flowers delivery?
It is very easy to make an order on our website. First you need to choose a bouquet of flowers or composition, which can be supplemented by a great gift. Add the selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Then you need to fill in the information about the sender and the recipient and choose the appropriate payment method.
You can also place your order by phone or through online consultant. Our specialist will advise you on all questions.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
As soon as the courier delivers flowers to the recipient, we’ll send you an SMS – message and e-mail that the order was delivered.
Is anonymous delivery possible?
All bouquets are delivered strictly anonymously. If you want the recipient to know who the gift is from, indicate your name on the card or free card when ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional floral arrangements and reliable service. As all orders are custom-made using fresh, perishable materials, the following terms apply to all purchases:
1. Order Modifications
Customers may request modifications (including delivery details, card message, or bouquet composition) within 12 hours of placing the order.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if flowers have already been procured, the bouquet is in preparation, or the order is in transit,
we reserve the right to decline refund requests, even if the order is subsequently canceled by the customer.
2. Refund Eligibility
Customers are eligible to request a full refund only if the request is submitted at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date,
as selected during checkout on our website.
Refund requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be declined at our discretion, particularly if order preparation has already begun.
3. Same-Day Orders
All same-day orders are processed and fulfilled immediately upon receipt.
No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are possible for same-day orders.
Please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery attempt,
a $30 redelivery fee will apply.
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.
5. Refunds & Exceptions
Floral arrangements are handcrafted, personalized, and perishable.
We do not guarantee refunds once order fulfillment has begun.
Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.
Does the bouquet match the image on the site?
All pictures on the site are photos of our florists’ work. Partial replacement of elements of a bouquet is possible, but the basic composition and appearance of a bouquet will remain the same. If the bouquet will be radically different from the photo, we will contact you to coordinate possible changes.
Is it possible to order a bouquet that is not on the site?
Yes, of course! Write us your wishes or send us a photo of the bouquet, our florists will assemble the same or even better!
Can I see a photo of my order before delivery?
Yes, you can. Write about it in the comments to the order, or tell the operator when ordering.
Is it possible to attach a note to the bouquet?
Yes, and it’s free! Write a note in the comments to the order and we will add it to the bouquet.
Is same day delivery possible?
Yes, we deliver on the day of your order. Read more about the delivery process in the “Delivery” section.
I want a surprise delivery, but I'm not sure if the recipient will be there. What to do?
For such an occasion, it’s better to leave the recipient’s phone number. But you can not worry, we do not tell exactly what the courier will bring. We just specify convenient time for the recipient and address for delivery. Please note, if the courier brings bouquet by surprise (ie, we previously did not agree on the place of delivery) and the recipient is not in place, repeat bouquet delivery or delivery to another address will already be paid.
