TheFlow started in Los Angeles in 2021 with a simple idea: flowers should be as dynamic and creative as the city itself. Founded by Anita Dudutite, a floral designer trained at the California School of Floral Design with over 8 years of experience creating arrangements for LA’s most discerning clients, we specialize in same-day delivery across Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Our West Hollywood, DTLA, and Mar Vista studios house a team of certified florists who create stylish arrangements, unique bouquets, lush flower baskets, and elegant vase designs daily. Each designer brings their own aesthetic – from European classical training to modern minimalist approaches – creating the diverse portfolio you see in our collections.

THEFLOW delivers directly anywhere in Los Angeles. Orders placed before 12 pm are eligible for same-day delivery. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address (zip) at checkout.

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Yes, you can send the bouquet anonymously. Just check the “Send anonymously” box at the bottom of the checkout page – and we won’t share your information, including your name and phone number, with the recipient.
We offer delivery in three time windows:

These windows are estimated time ranges for when your bouquet will be delivered. You choose your preferred delivery window at checkout when placing your order.
On our website, simply choose your bouquet, enter your delivery address and preferred delivery window at checkout, and add a card message. Once the order is placed, our florists prepare your arrangement fresh and we arrange delivery within the selected time window. If you’re not sure what to choose, contact us with your zip code and budget – we’ll recommend options that fit your occasion and delivery timing.
Yes, you can. Please mention this in the order notes (the personal note field). At checkout, select any address from our store locations as a placeholder. After we receive your order, we will contact the recipient using the phone number you provide and confirm when and where they’d like to receive the bouquet.
Yes. We deliver to hotel front desks, hospital and care-facility reception desks, and office and high-rise lobbies across Los Angeles, seven days a week, in the same delivery windows as any other order: 11 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 7 PM or 6 PM to 9 PM. Please add the room, suite or floor number in the order notes. Note that some hospital wards do not accept flowers and that a hospital will not confirm whether a patient is admitted, so an accurate ward or room number matters.
It depends on the variety and on how the bouquet is cared for. Most of our arrangements look their best for about five to ten days. To get the most out of them, trim the stems at an angle every couple of days, change the water regularly, and keep the vase out of direct sunlight and away from ripening fruit.
