Flower subscription — questions
How do I choose the delivery days?
On the calendar in the builder. Pick a rhythm — every week, every 2 weeks or every month — and we fill the calendar; or tap only the days you want. Add or remove any day, then and later in your account.
How long does a subscription run?
You choose: until you cancel, for six months, for a year, or for a set number of deliveries. You see the total before you start; we still charge only before each delivery.
When am I charged?
The first delivery is paid at checkout. After that we charge your card 2 days before each delivery, at 10 AM — the bouquet price, delivery included.
Can I skip a delivery or pause while I travel?
Yes — in your account, until we charge for that delivery. Skip a day, or pause for two weeks, a month or until a date.
Do you mark holidays and our anniversary?
Yes. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas are marked on the calendar — add any in one tap. Add your own dates, like an anniversary or a birthday, and choose to get flowers on them every year.
Can I change the flowers or the size later?
Any time in your account. The change starts with the next delivery we haven't charged yet.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. Cancel in your account whenever you like — nothing is charged after you cancel.
Can one delivery go to a different address?
Yes. Open that day in your account and change the address for it only — the rest stay where they were.
What does a florist's choice bouquet look like?
Different every time. Our florists build it the morning of delivery from the freshest stems in the studio, in the mood and size you picked.
What if nobody is home?
We contact the recipient first. For a house with no special instructions we leave the bouquet at the door in a safe, shaded place and send you a photo. For apartments we arrange with the recipient how to get in; offices get theirs at reception.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Choose “It's a gift”, add their name and your card message, and pick their days — their birthday, your anniversary, every month. We charge you before each delivery; they only get the flowers.
Does it work for an office or a restaurant?
That's what Office & venues is for. Pick weekdays and the 11 AM – 3 PM window, and we deliver to the front desk. The first arrangement comes in a vase; the next ones arrive ready to go into it.
