- Day 1
Trim and water
Recut the stems at an angle and put them in fresh, lukewarm water. Buds that are still closed open in a day or two.
- Days 2–5
Full bloom
Keep them cool and away from direct sun, heaters and ripening fruit. Change the water every two days.
- Days 5–7
The last petals
An open peony is at its most fragrant now. Pull out any tired stem so the rest last longer.
Add a little extra
Ferrero chocolates or a heart balloon - they arrive with the peonies, in the same delivery.

Yes. Order by 12 PM and choose a window: 11 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 7 PM or 6 PM – 9 PM. Some bouquets can be ordered for today until 3 PM; later orders go out the next day - and for tomorrow or any later date we also deliver from 6 AM, until 11 PM or in a one-hour window, at no extra charge.
Yes: Peony Bloom (10 peonies), Peony Love (25 or 45 peonies), Peony Love & Vase (25 peonies in a vase). The others pair peonies with stock flower, blue tweedia, garden roses, tulips, lilies.
Yes - five of our peony designs come arranged in a vase, from $255; you choose the vase on the bouquet's page. Petal Poetry and Bluebird Kiss come both ways - the vase adds $45.
