## Delivery terms

- Order by 12:00 PM for same-day delivery
- Typical delivery time: 1–2 hours after the order is confirmed
- Delivery hours: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, seven days a week, including holidays
- Delivery fee: free within 5 miles, $14 up to 15 miles, $29 beyond 15 miles (long range)
- Included at no extra cost: a photo of the arrangement before delivery, a card message, an Aqua Box to keep the flowers fresh, and an eco bag
- Anonymous delivery is available; leave the sender field blank at checkout
- Hospital delivery requires the patient's full name, ward and room number

## Ordering

Orders are placed at theflow.la or by phone. Payment by card at checkout.
Changes to delivery details or the card message can be requested within 12 hours
of ordering. Same-day orders are prepared immediately and cannot be cancelled.
If a flower is out of stock we contact the customer and offer a same-day
alternative of equal or greater value — we never substitute without asking.
